Dreaming of Paris on a Wednesday Morning

So I woke up thinking about my lifelong dream, to go to Paris. I was thinking about if I had an apartment and lived there. I have been working on my French (sorta) and I am hoping that happens one day. So here's some of the places I would like to go. Some are obvious, some are less obvious. And this is a very condensed list. There's no way I could list them all. So here's 5 of them.

Here we go:

1. Angelina's. My friend went to Paris last summer and ate here. She said it was the best food she had ever had!

2. The House of Chanel.  Since she is one of my idols and my favorite designer, it is mandatory that I visit this place.

3. The Sorbonne and The Latin Quarter

4. Monet's Garden. I went to a place in Florida where a man had recreated the whole thing however I have to see the real one.

5. Le Cordon Bleu. Since another one of my favorite people, Julia Child, went here, I have to go. It would be wonderful!

So this is the list. The terribly short list. I hope one day I get to see all of it and more. I can dream!

Au revoir,

  2. Dear Emma,

All I can say is: listen to Heather (Habitually Chic)! You write a lovely blog, thank you for sharing it. I can relate to many of the things you mention, interests, dreams and experiences from school. Today I am a 49 year-old mother of two girls, the eldest is 12 years old and she can probably relate even more to some of your school issues. What I want you to know is: There is nothing wrong with reading! It is great - and so is writing. My life really took a turn for the better as I found new friends outside school too - there were people I could relate to around.

Other great things are: Paris, Julia Child, Monet's house and garden in Giverny: I did go there, with my family, after wanting to go there for many many years. It is lovely. Go.

    Best wishes, Erika
